Once an invoice is fulfilled Take2 lets you send a shipping notice to your customer. They can quickly see their shipment details and track their package(s) right from their email.
Here's how to send a shipping notice:
- Double check that your order has a shipping address :)
- Check to see if the order is fulfilled or go ahead and fulfill the order.
- When items are fulfilled, you can click 'Add Tracking'
- Enter the tracking number
- Click 'Add'
- Immediately 'Send Shipping Notice' will appear and just click!

Your customer will immediately be notified of their shipping details and here's what they will receive:
Note: Be sure your logo is uploaded to your invoices so that it shows up on your shipping notices as well!
